After the big announcement came in of the transferring from one school to another , that news left most shocked and confused however that news was shortly celebrated, because not to long after, another big tweet of news came soon there after. 2022 prospect RB Dontrevius Jackson 5"11" 185 received an offer from Arkansas State University. The former Bishop McLaughlin Catholic star has added one more school to his resume and looks to add a few more. He's another bus tour prospect to gain an offer as of late. Jackson blazed at the workouts running in the 4.4 range, caught the ball out of the backfield really good and showed good change of direction. Jackson has the speed to get in the secondary quickly. Last year he rushed for 710 yards and had 263 receiving. Jackson is very explosive runner that runs with power and vision and will run over or around you.
After speaking with Jackson I asked him ; As a back what does he bring to the table? Jackson replied, " I feel I'm an all around back that can do it all" I have a unique skillset and my biggest asset is my speed and ability to break would be tackles.
Dontrevius has a team first attitude and has he mind set on being one of the best backs in Florida as well as preparing himself for the next level. This 2 x state finalist also runs track running a 10.8 hundred and a 21.8 two hundred meters meaning this kid can FLY.
As of right now, Jackson is hearing from several schools such as Kennesaw State, Utah, Navy, and others. Look for this young man's recruitment to pick over the next few months.
