3-Star TE Wins Big Chooses Georgia
Perhaps the biggest signing in terms of star power in the immediate area (Pinellas County) 3-Star TE Brett Seither puts an end to all the speculation. His list trimmed down to five from what seemed like hundreds. Then those five suppressed to a two team battle. The Crimson Tide was hot on his trail but in the end it would be the Georgia Bulldogs. The Bulldogs put in the work to get the Maryland native. "Brett~ It was all about the Academics, Football and the Georgia program in general" Also I believe his position coach coach Todd Hartley played a major role.
The 6'5" 220 TE took notice of how Georgia uses their Tight Ends and feels he fit the system perfectly. His visit was also great, in which he and his parents took together. Seither was rated as the No.34 TE by 247 Sports service. Brett amassed 42 pass catches for 630 yards and six touchdowns for the CCC Marauders.
Editors Take: I watched Seither grow into this unbelievable TE\WR seems as overnight, and by far he has had one of the crazy recruitment processes I can honestly say I've witnessed. I quickly went from a FCS caliber TE to an overnight sensation. I guess you never know what diamond is lurking underneath the depths. I know great success awaits his future and I can't wait to see what brings of this outstanding prospect!
